At HuiTongDa Tech Co. Ltd, your satisfaction is our top priority. We are committed to providing high-quality, original iPhones. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we have implemented a clear and fair return policy to give you peace of mind. This policy details the conditions and procedures to follow for any product return.


Return Eligibility Conditions


For a product to be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:


Return Period: The product must be returned within 14 days of the date of receipt. After this period, we unfortunately cannot accept your return.


Product Condition: The product must be in its original condition, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging, with all accessories, manuals, and components included. Any signs of wear, damage, or alteration may result in the return being rejected.


Proof of Purchase: A valid proof of purchase (invoice, receipt, or order confirmation) is required for all returns.


Non-Returnable Products: For hygiene or safety reasons, some items may not be eligible for return. This includes, but is not limited to, products whose original seal has been broken, opened software, and gift cards. Personalized or custom-made products are also non-returnable.



Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow the steps below:

Contact our Customer Service: Before returning a product, please contact our customer service by email at huitongdatech.cn@gmail.com. Please include your order number, the name of the product you wish to return, and the reason for the return. Our team will provide you with a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions on how to proceed.

Product Packaging: Carefully pack the product in its original packaging, ensuring all accessories and documents are included. Please write the RMA number clearly on the outside of the package.

Return Shipping: You are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error (defective product, incorrect item, etc.). We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service, as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.

Inspection and Processing: Once we receive the returned product, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility requirements. It may take up to 5 to 7 business days to process your return.




Refunds and Exchanges


Refunds: If your return is approved, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days after approval. Please note that the original shipping charge is non-refundable, except in the case of an error on our part.


Exchanges: If you would like to exchange a product for another, please specify this when requesting your return. Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the desired product is unavailable, a refund will be offered.


Exceptions


We reserve the right to refuse a return if the eligibility requirements are not met or if the product shows signs of abuse or neglect.
