Warranty Policy



At HuiTongDa Tech Co. Ltd, we pride ourselves on the quality and authenticity of our iPhones. Every device we sell is rigorously tested and inspected to ensure it meets the highest standards. To give you additional peace of mind, we offer a comprehensive warranty policy that covers manufacturing defects and unexpected malfunctions. This policy outlines the terms and conditions of our warranty for buyers.



Warranty Coverage

HuiTongDa Tech Co. Ltd warrants that the iPhones sold are free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of twelve (12) months from the original date of purchase. This limited warranty covers:


Manufacturing Defects: Any malfunction or defect resulting from an inherent problem in the manufacturing of the device.


Hardware Malfunctions: Issues related to the internal components of the iPhone that are not caused by misuse or accidental damage.


The warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is not transferable. A valid proof of purchase (invoice or receipt) is required for any warranty claim.



Warranty Claim Process

To submit a warranty claim, please follow these steps:

Contact our Technical Support: Before sending your device, please contact our technical support team by email at huitongdatech.cn@gmail.com. Describe the issue in detail and provide your order number and proof of purchase. Our team will attempt to diagnose and resolve the issue remotely.


2.

Return Material Authorization (RMA): If the issue cannot be resolved remotely, our team will provide you with an RMA number and instructions on how to ship your device for evaluation.


3.

Product Shipping: Carefully pack the iPhone in secure packaging, preferably its original packaging, along with all accessories. Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the package. Shipping costs to our service center are the customer's responsibility. We recommend using a traceable and insured shipping service.


4.

Evaluation and Repair/Replacement: Upon receipt of the device, our technical team will inspect it to verify the validity of the claim. If the defect is covered by the warranty, we will repair or replace the device at our discretion. The repaired or replacement device will be returned to you free of shipping costs.



Warranty Exclusions

The HuiTongDa Tech Co. Ltd. Limited Warranty does not cover the following:


Accidental Damage: Including, but not limited to, drops, shock, liquid damage, cracked or broken screens.


Normal Wear and Tear: Scratches, scuffs, discoloration, or other cosmetic damage resulting from normal wear and tear.


Abuse or Neglect: Damage resulting from use not in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions, neglect, mishandling, or unauthorized modification of the device.


Unauthorized Repairs or Modifications: Any attempt to repair or modify the device by persons not authorized by HuiTongDa Tech Co. Ltd will void the warranty.


Software: Issues related to software, third-party applications, viruses, or system configuration issues are not covered by this hardware warranty.


Battery: Normal degradation of battery capacity over time is not covered by the warranty, except in cases of proven manufacturing defects.


Products without Proof of Purchase: Products for which a valid proof of purchase cannot be provided.


Return Policy



At HuiTongDa Tech Co. Ltd, your satisfaction is our top priority. We are committed to providing high-quality, original iPhones. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we have implemented a clear and fair return policy to give you peace of mind. Return Eligibility Conditions

For a product to be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:


Return Period: The product must be returned within 14 days of the date of receipt. After this period, we unfortunately cannot accept your return.


Product Condition: The product must be in its original condition, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging, with all accessories, manuals, and components included. Any signs of wear, damage, or alteration may result in the return being rejected.


Proof of Purchase: A valid proof of purchase (invoice, receipt, or order confirmation) is required for all returns.


Non-Returnable Products: For hygiene or safety reasons, some items may not be eligible for return. This includes, but is not limited to, products whose original seal has been broken, opened software, and gift cards. Personalized or custom-made products are also non-returnable.

Please include your order number, the name of the product you wish to return, and the reason for the return. Our team will provide you with a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions on how to proceed.

Product Packaging: Carefully pack the product in its original packaging, ensuring all accessories and documents are included. Please write the RMA number clearly on the outside of the package.


3.

Return Shipping: You are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error (defective product, incorrect item, etc.). We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service, as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.


4.

Inspection and Processing: Once we receive the returned product, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility requirements. It may take up to 5 to 7 business days to process your return.



Refunds and Exchanges

Refunds: If your return is approved, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days after approval. Please note that the original shipping charge is non-refundable, except in the case of an error on our part.


Exchanges: If you would like to exchange a product for another, please specify this when requesting your return. Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the desired product is unavailable, a refund will be offered.
