Hi there. I'm Tefo, founder of Impact Architect. I design strategic solutions and frameworks that help people and businesses see the architecture underneath their decisions.

Most consultancies treat identity, finances, brand, and structure as separate problems - a branding project here, a financial plan there, an org chart somewhere else. Impact Architect works from a different premise: they're not separate. A business's structure, a brand's presence, a person's spending pattern - they're all expressions of the same underlying architecture. Fix the architecture, and what shows up on the surface changes with it. Treat the symptom alone, and it reappears somewhere else.

Money is where that architecture shows fastest and most honestly - a receipt doesn't lie about what a decision was actually protecting. That's why the first public piece of this work is a financial journal, not a brand deck or a business framework. It's the clearest room to start in.

Money Mirrors won't be the only room. What's here is one entry point into a wider practice - identity, finance, brand, and the structures underneath a business or a team - built the same way everything at Impact Architect is built: slowly, deliberately, one working piece at a time.

Everything here is built to a standard, not to a deadline. It ships when it's right - sometimes that's slow, sometimes it isn't. What I won't do is put out something hollow to hit a date.
