To qualify for a return:

• Proof of purchase is required

• Digital downloads or patterns
• Sale or clearance items

How to Start a Return

• Order number
• Reason for return
• Photos (if item is damaged or incorrect)

We will respond within 1–2 business days with next steps.

Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days
• You will receive an email confirmation

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will replace it or issue a full refund.
