I'm a social compliance auditor and accredited translator based in Albania, with over a decade of field experience bridging international standards and local reality on the factory floor.

My work sits at the intersection of two specialisms that rarely meet: social compliance auditing and professional language services. I audit factories in Albania and Kosovo against SA8000, Client CoC, and SMETA standards, working with international clients including Intertek, DNV, and ARCHE Advisors. As a lead auditor and APSCA member, I've spent years documenting what actually happens behind factory gates — the findings, the patterns, and the cultural dynamics that shape them.

On the language side, I'm an Albanian Ministry of Justice accredited translator, offering English–Albanian translation across a broad range of domains and consecutive interpreting in social compliance audit settings. I also provide machine translation post-editing (MTPE), combining linguistic precision with an insider's grasp of compliance and labour law terminology.
