Things weren’t always sweet. I was broke, broken, and in debt. At 19, I relocated to New York to escape the life I felt programmed for. Living away from home was exciting, but far from stable. I dove headfirst into opening a business with no research, no clear direction- just willpower and hope.

Fast forward three years: after stepping off my high horse up north and ending a violent relationship, I found myself back in Florida. Airbnb kept me afloat as I relocated once again- this time to Orlando.

It’s here that my true journey began.

I’m Kaila Raymond, a licensed beauty professional, salon suite owner, and digital educator passionate about helping beauty entrepreneurs build iconic brands. With over three years in the beauty industry and a background in photography, I turned my passion for aesthetics into Ikonik Aesthetics, a multi-location business known for luxury nail services, salon suite rentals, and business education.

I’ve helped beauty pros transition from hustling at home to confidently building profitable, client-centered brands through mentorship, content strategy, and clear business structures.
