Each guide is a downloadable PDF with step-by-step photo instructions, a full material list, and tips based on my own studio experience. You'll get instant access right after checkout, no waiting, no shipping.

Yes. The guides are written and photographed step by step, so you can follow along even if you've never touched clay before. If you'd like a refresher on the basics first, check out the free Clay & Pottery Basics guide.

It depends on the guide, each product page lists exactly what you'll need under "What materials you will need." Most projects use basic pottery tools (spatula, scoring tool, sponge) plus grogged clay. Some guides also need a plaster mold, a glass or cup as a base form, or a free pattern template, all of that is listed clearly before you buy.
-
Most tools have simple household alternatives (for example, a needle tool instead of a cutting ring). Where that's not possible, I've noted it directly in the guide. If you're unsure whether a guide fits your current setup, feel free to reach out before purchasing via the Contact page.

I always work with grogged (chamotte) clay because it's more stable for hand-building, but the core techniques in these guides work with other stoneware clays too, results may just vary slightly.

Because these are instant digital downloads and not physical products, I'm not able to offer refunds once a guide has been downloaded, there's simply no way to "return" a PDF file. By completing checkout, you're agreeing to get immediate access to your download, which is why the standard 14-day right of withdrawal doesn't apply here. This is standard practice for instant digital products.
That said, if something's genuinely gone wrong on my end, a corrupted file, the wrong guide, a duplicate charge, just reach out via the Contact page and I'll sort it out.

Check your spam or junk folder first, download links are sent automatically by email right after purchase. Still nothing? Contact me with your order confirmation and I'll resend it.

Yes, feel free to print it for your own personal use.

These guides are for personal use only. Please don't share, resell, or redistribute the PDF files, or use them to create instructional content of your own. If you know someone who'd love a guide, send them my way instead, I'd really appreciate it.
