Hello, my name is Monierica Thomas, also known as Prima.

I’ve been an entrepreneur for 12 years, and everything I’ve pursued has always been driven by passion and purpose.

For the last 5 years, I’ve dedicated myself to the laboratory field, specializing in DNA testing, corporate & government contracts, and a wide range of services that truly impact lives:

 Helping families gain closure through DNA testing

 Supporting immigration cases alongside attorneys

 Offering early gender reveals as early as 7 weeks

 DOT & Non-DOT drug testing for students and professionals

 Infidelity, Lab testing, HIV & STD testing through a certified laboratory 

In addition to my lab work, I’ve invested in my education and teaching:

 2021 – Became a Medical Assistant + National Certified Instructor

 2022 – Earned my Physical Therapist Assistant license

 2022 – Earned my Phlebotomy license + National Certified Instructor

2023- Earned my Dental Assistant 

That journey inspired me to launch my own Phlebotomy & Medical Assistant School in 2022. After pausing due to life changes, I relaunched in late 2024, and today I proudly have 46 successful students (and growing) across in-person and online programs.

In 2024, I expanded my mission by:

 Training others to open their own labs

 Allowing students to work under my company umbrella while building funds for their own ventures

 Partnering with McKesson to provide hands-on training kits for out-of-state students

 Partnering with American Allied Health to help others launch schools seamlessly

Now in 2025, I’ve:

 Trained & mentored hundreds of students

 Served 1,000+ people in my community

 Built online courses to make education accessible nationwide (launching soon)

 Continued to share knowledge, guidance, and resources so others avoid the mistakes I had to learn from

Through it all, my mission remains the same:

 To help others find their niche, build careers in the medical field, start successful businesses, and maximize their investments—all with compassion and intention.

This is just the beginning, and I’m excited for what’s ahead.
