Please do not open a ticket or contact me asking to upload an avatar directly into your account, I do not upload avatars on behalf of users. If an upload is required, the original creator permission is needed, and it must follow proper licensing rules.

If you purchased a paid avatar or received a free avatar from my shop, you may request support or assistance related to that product, but proof of purchase is required before any help is given.
