Because each product is decorated just for you, all sales are final and we are unable to accept returns or exchanges unless it is due to a vendor defect. If there are any issues with your order, please let us know within 24 hours via email at agmapparelllc@gmail.com so we can make it right before your products arrive. Please allow 10-15 days for products to arrive once your order is placed.
