Base T.O.S.

• You can use my bases for personal and commercial work (adopts, references, etc.) as long as proper credit is provided.
• You can add lineart and edits to bases you purchased.
• You may not (re)sell/distribute/share my original base-files to/with anyone who has not legally obtained/purchased the files!
• Edited base files may also not be sold/shared by you.
• You may only sell designs, adopts, customs or reference sheets created with my bases.
• However: Addon files that purely consist of lines/lineart created by yourself may be excluded from these rule and are ok to be sold. (Make sure none of my original work is contained in said addon-files!)
• Don’t claim that bases I created are YOUR lineart!
• All Bases can be purchased under the provided shop links.
• Payments are handled in EUR.
• Alternative payment in points may be possible on some bases on Deviantart.
• Bases will always be delivered as PSD-Files(Multi Layer) or PNG-Files(Single Layer), additionally as CSP-Files or Sai-Files, if existing.
• Base prices may change over time.

Adoptable T.O.S.:

• All Adopts on here are sold as flatsale.
• They may also be offered on other websites and be taken down from my store in case of them getting bought ofsite.
• Payments are handled in EUR.
• With your purchase you'll receive the watermark free versio, as well as a watermarked version.
• You're allowed to post these adopts to other website, if proper credit is given and ideally using the watermarked version.
• After purchase, you can apply any name, gender, tattoos, piercings, etc. to your character.
• The owner of the character is also allowed to apply any design changes like hairstyle, colors, markings, bodyshape, species etc.

• Any acting against the aforementioned terms, will be taken care of via report or DMCA takedown.

First of all, many fellow artist get their work stolen by people, trying to make fast money, claiming the art they turned into an NFT is theirs, some even steal Artists identities, it should be obvious that this is an absolute no go!

Secondly, and more importantly, NFTs and generally blockchain related things are terribly for our environment. To mint a single picture for NFTs and get the transaction done it takes huge amounts of energy. But if energy is created green it's ok right?

Well the problem is, many serverfarms used for these processes are located in regions that are 'cheap'. These cheap regions often produce a majority of their energy with fossil fuels, coal power, etc.. So the more power you need to create/sell an NFT the more CO² you blow into the atmosphere.

I try to keep this world a better place, conserve as much energy as possible, recycle, change my bathroom routines to plastic free products etc., so why should I support/tolerate something that actively produces more CO² then I do in a whole week?
