What we collect

When you buy a product, we receive your name, email address, country, IP address (for tax purposes) and order details through our sales platform, Payhip. Payments are processed by Stripe or PayPal; we never see or store your card details. Your email address is required to deliver your purchase. Without it, we cannot complete your order.

Why we use it, and on what legal basis

• To deliver your purchase, send your receipt and download links, and handle refunds and support. This is necessary to fulfil our contract with you.

• To keep accounting and tax records. This is a legal obligation.

• To send you news about our products, only if you opt in. This is based on your consent, which you can withdraw at any time by unsubscribing.

Who we share it with

Only with the services needed to run the store: Payhip (store and delivery), Stripe and PayPal (payments), and tax authorities where the law requires. We never sell your data.

Transfers outside the EU

Payhip is based in the United Kingdom, which the EU recognises as providing adequate data protection. Stripe and PayPal may process data in the United States under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or the EU's Standard Contractual Clauses.

How long we keep it

Order and accounting records: as long as Czech law requires (5 years for accounting records, 10 years for VAT records). Marketing data: until you unsubscribe.

Our store runs on Payhip, which uses cookies needed for checkout and delivery. See Payhip's own cookie and privacy policy for details.

Automated decisions

We do not make automated decisions or create profiles about you.

Your rights

Under the GDPR, you can ask to access, correct, delete or export your data, restrict or object to its use, and withdraw consent at any time, by contacting us at the email above. You may also complain to the Czech data protection authority (Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů, www.uoou.cz).
