Q: What If I entered the wrong address?
- We are NOT responsible for items shipped to the wrong addresses.
- If items are returned we charge a $12 Priority Mail Remailing Fee to resend the item to the correct address.
- Please double check your address.

Q: What if my package is delayed by the Postal Service:
- We are not responsible for postage delays. We are seeing some delays with the Postal Service of 1-3 days before a package is even scanned and put on a truck.

Q: Do You ship immediately after approval?
- Depending on how many orders came in before yours
- Production time is 1-3 days after approval.
