***Can I use a fabric printer?
Yes. Makers may utilize reputable third-party printing services to print materials for use in their handmade products. The printer is acting solely as a production service provider and does not receive any ownership or licensing rights to the artwork.
Printed materials produced under the Maker License must be used exclusively in the creation of the license holder's handmade finished products.
The sale, redistribution, wholesale, or supply of printed fabric, transfers, panels, yardage, blanks, or other printed materials as standalone supplies is strictly prohibited.
Maker Licenses do not permit the license holder to operate as a fabric supplier, print supplier, wholesale supplier, or distributor of printed materials.
The license holder remains responsible for ensuring that their chosen printing provider respects and protects the artwork and does not retain, reproduce, share, or otherwise misuse the artwork files.
