Terms of Service (TOS)

By purchasing or downloading any models from Insane Asylum, you agree to the following Terms of Service. These terms may be updated at any time, and it is your responsibility to review them before making a purchase..

Licensing & Usage

All Products come with a personal-use, non-exclusive license.
Redistribution, resale, sharing, or re-uploading of the original files, modified versions, or derivatives is strictly prohibited.
Uploading or sharing my avatars on third-party websites, file-sharing platforms, or online services without permission is forbidden.
My avatars may not be used in NFTs, AI training datasets, blockchain applications, or any automated content generation.
Purchasing a Product does not grant ownership of the intellectual property; you are purchasing a license to use it under these terms.
Group purchases or file-sharing among multiple users is not allowed. Each person must obtain their own license through direct purchase.

You may modify my avatars for personal use but cannot claim the original or modified versions as your own.
Sharing or redistributing modified versions of my assets is not allowed unless you have explicit, written permission.
Mixing parts of my assets with others' work ("frankenediting") is only allowed for personal use and cannot be shared, resold, or used commercially.
Using my avatars as a base to create new models for sale, distribution, or commissions requires written consent.
Modified versions must still comply with these terms. Modifications do not grant additional rights to distribute or sell the asset.
Porting my assets to other platforms (e.g., NeosVR, ChilloutVR) is not allowed unless you have written permission.

All sales are final. Due to the nature of digital products, refunds, chargebacks, or cancellations are not accepted.
If a file is corrupted or inaccessible, contact me via Discord for support. However, I am not responsible for user error or third-party compatibility issues.
Any attempt to issue chargebacks, disputes, or unauthorized payment reversals will result in a revoked license and a permanent ban from future purchases.

Hateful, discriminatory, or malicious content
Illegal activities
NSFW or fetish-related content (unless explicitly stated in the product description)

If using my assets in public projects or commissions, proper credit must be given as: "Avatar by Insane Asylum [Avatar/Store Link]"
Sharing assets with friends, partners, or group purchases is not allowed. Each person must buy their own copy.
My assets may not be used in advertisements, promotional materials, or paid content without prior consent.
Selling, trading, or transferring your license to another person is prohibited. The license is only valid for the original purchaser.
Violation of these terms may result in license revocation and potential legal action.
You must be 18+ Buying my NSFW versions of the avatar. If you are not 18+ buying I will remove your license.

Extracting, decompiling, or reverse-engineering my assets is strictly prohibited.
I actively monitor unauthorized distribution. Those caught will be permanently blacklisted and reported.
Attempts to bypass these terms through loopholes or misinterpretation will be treated as violations.

All Products are provided "as-is" without warranties or guarantees. I am not responsible for issues arising from incompatibility, user error, or third-party software.
While I may offer support, I am not obligated to provide technical fixes, tutorials, or troubleshooting beyond reasonable efforts.
I am not responsible for teaching software such as Blender, Unity, or VRChat. Buyers should ensure they have the necessary skills before purchasing.
