I am Tonyell Somerville, and I have spent more than thirty years in restaurants. I started as a server and worked through the kitchen, the floor, and every management seat above it. Today I lead learning and development for a multi brand restaurant group operating across the UAE and Saudi Arabia.

I have opened more than thirty restaurants from an empty shell to a full dining room, and trained the managers who run them.
