Driven by the belief that knowledge is power, she’s on a mission to ensure no driver ever feels blindsided by the fine print again.

When she isn’t decoding policy language, Melanie is a devoted wife, mother of five, and a proud grandmother of four (with a fifth on the way!). An advocate for equality and a lover of music and travel, she brings the same passion for people to her writing that she has for her growing family.
