- I empower ambitious moms who want to alleviate overwhelm & self-neglect by experiencing more peace, wholeness, and confidence.
- Teaching them how to stop neglecting themselves and incorporate more self-love.
- I tell people I have many receipts, but I love women's empowerment and being a boy mom.
- I have cracked the code to stop neglecting myself, knowing my self-worth, living a life of more ease and peace, and loving myself on a higher-level.
- My productivity (home/work) and confidence have sky-rocketed! I have broken those roadblocks by pivoting and embracing the journey!
I really believe in moms who are high-achieving that want to have it all, but recognizing that balance and self-belief are key!
