Welcome to Intertwined Graphic Design! To keep our process smooth, fair, and stress-free for both of us, please review the policies below before placing your order. By purchasing from us, you agree to the following terms:
1. Payment Policy
Intertwined Graphic Design does not accept deposits.
- Full payment is required upfront for any service, product, or design request.
- Work will not begin until payment is received.
- No previews, drafts, or final files are delivered without payment.
- NO PAYMENT = NO DESIGNS.
This protects both you and the designer, ensuring timelines stay consistent and your project stays on track.
2. Refund Policy
Digital / Online Purchases
- All digital items are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and final sale.
- Once a digital file or template is delivered, it cannot be returned.
Physical Party Favors
- Refunds are unavailable once printing and/or assembling has started, as materials and labor have already been used.
- If you need to cancel before printing begins, reach out immediately. Approval is not guaranteed.
3. Turnaround Time
Our standard turnaround time is 3–5 business days, depending on:
- Order size
- Customization requests
- Communication speed
- Current workload
Turnaround time does not include delivery time or delays caused by incomplete information or inaccurate instructions.
4. Revisions + Design Satisfaction
We want you to love your order.
- Revisions are currently free due to low demand.
- You may request adjustments until you’re satisfied.
- Please send all revision requests as clearly as possible to avoid delays.
5. Booking Guidelines (Party Favors)
To ensure your order is designed, printed, prepped, and ready on time:
- Please book your party favor order 2–3 weeks before your event.
- Large orders or complex themes may require more time.
- Booking early helps guarantee availability.
6. Rush Orders & Rush Fees
Rush orders are accepted when possible, with fees applied:
Unfilled Party Favors
- Any order placed within 3 days (72 hours) of the event date is a rush order.
Filled Party Favors
- Any order placed within 1 week (168 hours) of the event date is a rush order.
Important Notes:
- Rush fees must be added at the time of purchase.
- Rush availability is not guaranteed and depends on workload.
- Rush fees are non-refundable.
7. Local Delivery Policy
Local delivery is available for customers in:
- North East Houston
- Surrounding areas
Rush Delivery
Rush orders (filled or unfilled) are only available for local delivery. Extra fee will apply.
Exact delivery time will be discussed after payment.

Please allow 24 hours for a response, though most messages are answered sooner.
9. Customer Responsibility
Before submitting your order, please make sure:
- All names, dates, colors, and information are spelled correctly
- You confirm your event date
- You understand whether your order is digital, filled, or unfilled
Mistakes provided by the customer are not refundable.
10. Copyright, Ownership & Usage Rights
All designs, templates, and graphics created by Intertwined Graphic Design are protected under copyright.
- Reselling, redistributing, copying, altering, or sharing designs with other graphic designers is strictly prohibited.
- Purchasing a file does not grant permission for commercial use.
- Legal action will be taken if violated.
11. Order Accuracy & Satisfaction
We work hard to ensure all items match your request as closely as possible. If there is a concern with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your items so we can assist you.
