When we offer a refund

If the file is faulty, corrupted, or you were charged more than once, contact us within 7 days of purchase at interviewpracticestudio@gmail.com and we will fix the issue or refund you.

When we do not offer a refund

Because the product is a digital download, we do not offer refunds for change of mind, accidental purchase after download, or because the content did not match a personal expectation not described on the product page.
