• Pricing: Prices for our merchandise are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any item at any time.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you via the email provided at the time the order was made.

Shipping & Production

Some of our merchandise items are made to order. Please allow 5-10

business days for production before your order is dispatched.

The seller 

is not responsible for delivery delays caused by carrier disruptions or 

incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout.

Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees levied by their destination country.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the personalized nature of custom-printed merchandise, items with 

custom text or logos cannot be returned or exchanged for "change of mind." 

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, please contact 

us within 14 days of delivery with photographic evidence to arrange a 

replacement, store credit or full refund.

Items must be returned in the same condition as received.
