To make the HST for this pattern using the squares method you will need additional fabric. Total yardage for

Fabric A - 1-5/8 yards

Fabric B - 1 yard

Fabric C - 1-3/8 yards

Instead of the 3" x WOF strips, cut 2-7/8" x WOF strips. From Fabric A cut 19 strips and subcut into 240 squares. From Fabric B and Fabric C cut 10 strips from each and subcut into 120 squares.

For Unit 1 make 240 A/B HST measuring 2-1/2" x 2-1/2".

For Unit 2 make 240 A/C HSTs measuring 2-1/2" x 2-1/2".
