2. You CAN commission me additionally to change the color of model's assets (hair, eyes, clothes).

3. I hold the copyright and other rights to this model and image. DO NOT claim (or imply through any behavior) that you own this model or are the creator.

4. DO NOT Resell or Redistribute Model / Files.

5. You will obtain the right to use this model, which can be used for live streaming, video content, and VTuber-related merchandise. They can be used for streaming, uploading videos to TikTok, YouTube, and other platforms for commercial purposes.

6. You are NOT allowed to change the textures of the model and/or delete my signature from the model.

7. I sell digital products therefore NO REFUNDS. However, if you have a problem with your order, please feel free to let me know.

8. You can rename the character and create a story that belongs only to you.

9. Commercial organizations are not allowed to use this model to recruit other members.

10. If you are interested in commissioning more complex, model-related design services, such as exclusive custom individual VTuber models with vivid eyes, highly elaborated art design, detailed hair strands, bouncy movements, emotional expressions, multiple body poses, integrated animated objects, rich wardrobe with stylish outfits & unique accessories, custom-made animations with video & sound effects, I will gladly help you embody your ideas and create your own custom model with a unique personality and exclusive features.

11. I reserve the right to use the VTuber models made by me publicly at my discretion (such as making a portfolio, a showcase video, a clip, a short, a social media post etc.)
