I’m a mom who understands what it feels like to love your child deeply while also feeling completely overstimulated. For a long time, I thought I was just “bad at handling stress.” What I eventually realized was that my nervous system was overloaded, not broken.


I began learning how emotional regulation, grounding practices, and small daily resets could shift survival mode into steadiness. Not perfectly. Not overnight. But gradually.


I’m not here to promote perfection. I’m here to help overwhelmed moms feel less alone and more supported in real life.


Because calm isn’t something you wait for.

It’s something you practice.
