Bishop Johnny Tates dedicated his life to the Lord , May of 1979 Four years later, he would answer the call to the gospel ministry. He was ordained an elder in the Church of God in Christ and currently serves as Pastor of Power House Church of God in Christ and the Jurisdictional Prelate of Texas Greater Southeast First Ecclesiastical Jurisdiction.
