With over 25 years in the hospitality industry, my journey has taken me from bartending in hotels, cocktail bars, and nightclubs to consulting for brands, training award-winning bartenders, and building a reputation in the art of cocktail creation and drink photography. In 2018, I launched Just Shake or Stir, and by 2019, I had started my YouTube channel to share my passion with a broader audience.

Since then, my channels, Just Shake or Stir and Mixology Hacks, have grown into communities where cocktail enthusiasts and professionals can dive deeper into their craft. I also run The Bartender's Lounge—a community open to everyone passionate about the trade, whether you're a professional bartender, cocktail enthusiast, or hospitality business owner. It's a place to connect, learn, and grow together, sharing knowledge and experiences in a supportive environment.
