About Me
My name is Jason Jones and I am a BCRPA Certified Personal Trainer and Founder of JT Fit & Well. I am currently a Physical & Health Educator at the elementary school level and have been for almost 30 years. I hold a Master’s Degree in Physical & Health Education from UBC. I am passionate about fitness, with my favourite activity being running. This passion for fitness allows me, through collaboration with my clients, to develop individualized fitness programs that help people achieve their fitness potential. I train clients from the ages of “young adults to over 100!” Finally, being in my 50s, working full time, and with a family of my own, I understand the challenges at various stages of adult life when it comes to staying physically active, and this is a plus when I help to guide clients in their own fitness programs. PRICING PER SESSION
(including tax)
60 MINUTES - $70
75 MINUTES – $85
90 MINUTES - $100 (Best VALUE!)
You can pay as you go (at each session) OR you can pay upfront for 4, 8, or 10 sessions packs. I also offer “Flex Packs” where you can include a mix of different session lengths.
If you need to cancel and/or reschedule your session, please provide 24 hours notice and we will look into rescheduling the session. If you need to cancel all together, and it is at least 24 hours notice, you will receive a full refund on the session if you have paid upfront.
And Finally...
If you ever need a medical professional, such as a physician, chiropractor, physiotherapist, registered massage therapist, etc., at any point before or during a fitness program with JT Fit & Well, I will provide you with a referral list at the start of any program if you are unsure about where to look for a health professional.
