JV One was co-founded by husband and wife team, Jarome and Valeece Davis. They both grew up in Christ-centered households that fostered a spirit of loving Jesus and loving people. Together, Jarome and Valeece knew their children would be educated on God's promises and understand their roles in building God's kingdom as well.

After being married for 11 years, the couple decided to do something different. They noticed a rise in mental health crises, the lack of inspirational literature to support positivity and individual growth, the insufficient support for small businesses, and negativity in society that adds a burden to parents when it comes to raising healthy, Christ-centered families. Still, Jarome and Valeece believed that if they could encourage people to reset and refocus on the truth that God is sovereign, and that he alone provides the tools people need, as a collective body of Christ, people of all ages and backgrounds could unite to maximize their spiritual gifts and live on mission to shine light in dark places.

Therefore, Jarome and Valeece decided to start a non-profit dedicated to helping people live on mission. The JV One Team does not operate alone but has a Board of Directors committed to the organization's success, volunteers who provided their time to assist with the mission, and others who offer their talents to make this non-profit work!
