Jackfruit king was born out the need of having to take control of my own health. My health started to decline severely in 2013, and after years of going in and out of the hospital I finally got diagnosed with lupus in 2015. Along with this Many Diet restrictions came along with it. In 2017 i decided that if i wanted to have delicious food and a healthy diet i would need to cook for myself. The mission of Jackfruit King is to show people that plant based eating does not have to be bland.
