I am a mum of two young boys, a dentist of over 15 years and completing a diploma in Applied Nutrition.
Like many mums, I found the hardest part of feeding a family is the mental load - deciding what to cook, making it healthy and avoiding multiple meals.
Often this leads to mums' own nutrition getting overlooked.
I have created these recipe packs to simplify that, with balanced, practical meals designed for the whole family while also supporting a mum's energy and wellbeing.
