Returns

At Jaz'N'Style Boutique and Supplies, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may return the item(s) within 15 days of delivery for a full refund. Please note, that all returned items must be unused and in their original condition with the original packaging intact.

How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at jaznstyle@gmail.com. Provide your order number and reason for the return. Our team will guide you through the process and provide instructions for returning the item(s).

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-14 days.
