About Me
I have been studying guitar both privately and formally for over 27 years, and have been happy to teach jazz/pop/rock guitar, improvisation, and theory over the past 20 years to students of all levels and backgrounds. I get inspired by the language of jazz and so when I’m not busy teaching, I spend my time transcribing and playing the solos of the masters. I created this website to share my transcriptions with other musicians who want to learn from them and also to make a small contribution to the preservation of jazz as a living art form.
