Hey, I’m Jeanne - a dedicated coach & Hyrox athlete.

After competing in my first Hyrox race, I moved away from chasing aesthetics and started training for purpose and resilience. That experience reshaped my mindset and inspired me to create training programs that go beyond just physical results.


I know how challenging it can be to juggle everything and still make time for fitness. That’s why I designed my 12-week programs to be as flexible as your lifestyle needs. My mission is simple: to help you feel strong, confident, and proud of what your body can do. Whether you’re just starting out or training for your first Hyrox competition, there’s a program for you. You’ll get the support to reach your goals now and build a mindset and habits that truly last.
