By accessing or using this website, the user/customer consents to the following terms and conditions before viewing content, buying models, or providing information. JellibeanFactory is not responsible for any mistunderstanding about the terms and conditions. therefore all users/customers are held accountable for their own actions:

¹ The User may in no way distribute paid for assets/models (including anything within the package) sold by JellibeanFactory including, but not limited to:

• Sharing publicly via cloning or distribution of the package/file.
• Sharing packages/files in unauthorized chats including discord and/or via DMs.
• Sharing package/files with friends, significant others, etc. is not permitted in any sense.

[Not providing credits for assets can result in DMCA, Financial Compensation, legal action, or other actions deemed necessary for failure to credit the original creator. Scratch assets made by Jellibean and other creators may not be removed from JellibeanFactory products and be used/resold.]

² The User may not have received assets/models from a third party. If the user has received a(n) asset/model via a third party, user may receive legal actions against them. Including:

• A model being sold
• A discord server
• A friend
• Another website
• Etc

³ The User acknowledges that upon entering the site, they are liable for their own actions and therefore all actions may result in banning, legal action, or other actions deemed necessary.

⁴ The User acknowledge upon buying a model that no refund will be issued if a model breaks beyond JellibeanFactory control. JellibeanFactory is also not obligated to fix a model if one of the following is the result of the model breaking:

• An Update
• Messing with Settings
• Messing with Bones
• Messing with shaders
• Etc

[If a model is broken by the fault of JellibeanFactory please send a message in Contact to JellibeanFactory. Please be aware that you will not receive a refund if the model gets fixed as all sales are final.]

⁵ Copying of models, assets, or anything pertaining to JellibeanFactory products, can be DMCA'd if deemed as copying or stolen ideas.

⁶ The User may not buy any asset/models if they have been banned on another account, email, or name. They may also not access JellibeanFactory assets/models via friends, etc.

⁷ The User may not use JellibeanFactory asset/models for hateful purposes (racism, bigotry, sexism, homophobia, etc.). This will result in an immediate ban and a DMCA or other legal actions.

⁸ The User may not remove or edit any Jellibean logos that may be on the product. Permission to use Jellibean products may be revoked.

⁹ A purchase of any JellibeanFactory (Jellibean) asset is subject to one license (personal, commercial, etc) per purchase. The purchase is linked to the name/email/account provided and will not be allowed to be used by anyone other than the original buyer. If a buyer wishes to give the rights to their friend they may gift it by providing the recipient's information when buying any products.

¹⁰ When using Jellibean Factory asset(s) you must credit Jellibean with a link to the product or the store.

♡ Upon Purchasing and/or Using a product from JellibeanFactory the Consumer has agreed to the above mentioned Terms of Service. The Customer therefore allows all information gained via the checkout process can/may be used in DMCA and other legal actions.
