I am Jennifer Stadum—an Energetic Resonance Healer, fifth-generation Usui Reiki Master Teacher, channeler, educator, writer, and creator of tools that help people come home to themselves.

My work lives at the intersection of earth-based wisdom, star knowledge, grief alchemy, energy healing, and honest self-inquiry. I believe healing is not about becoming someone new. It is about listening more closely to who we already are, understanding what our resistance is trying to teach us, and meeting ourselves with curiosity, tenderness, courage, and truth.

My own life has included profound loss, unexpected redirection, spiritual awakening, and the ongoing practice of learning to trust myself again. I bring together my experience as an educator, published scientist, Reiki practitioner, intuitive reader, channeler, and deeply human person who has rebuilt her life more than once.
