I’m a hospitality professional, creator, lifelong problem-solver, and firm believer that being human and running a good business are not mutually exclusive.

After more than 20 years in customer-facing roles, I’ve learned that the best tools aren’t the ones that make us sound more polished. They’re the ones that help us feel more confident when real life gets messy.

I create practical, approachable digital resources inspired by real experience in hospitality, travel, content creation, and everyday life. No corporate-speak. No pretending everything goes according to plan. Just useful tools designed to make the thing you’re trying to do a little easier.

My first collection, The Human Host™, brings that philosophy to vacation-rental guest relations: helping hospitality professionals communicate with empathy, exercise good judgment, protect the business, and remember the human on the other side of the conversation.
