Senior higher education leader with a strong record of delivering transformational change in learning, teaching, and the student experience. Recognized nationally as a Principal Fellow of the Higher Education Academy (PFHEA) and National Teaching Fellow (NTF), I bring strategic vision and operational expertise to drive institutional priorities, enhance quality assurance, and embed innovative pedagogies. 

My leadership spans roles as Associate PVC for Learning & Teaching Enhancement, Director of Learning and Teaching, Associate Dean for Students, and Professor of Teaching and Learning, with a focus on curriculum reform, digital transformation, and inclusive education.

I also serve as Chair of Council for The Textile Institute, a global professional body representing the textile, apparel, and footwear industries. This role involves shaping international strategy, fostering global partnerships, and promoting sustainability and innovation across the supply chain. Through this position, I influence policy and professional standards worldwide, reinforcing the Institute’s mission to unite the global textile community and drive positive change. Passionate about creating future-facing learning environments that foster student success, belonging, and employability, I have extensive experience leading large-scale projects, managing change agendas, and influencing sector-wide practice through research, publications, and keynote contributions.
