Jessie Fiske Darlington is an NSCAD graduate who spent years in children's street theatre and art workshops before settling in France's Corbières mountains. She designs edible landscapes, raises 85 rare breed sheep, and creates picture books as a SCBWI member. Her work aims to open doors in young minds—sparking wonder, cultural understanding, and consciousness evolution through stories that last.
