All current products are digital downloads. Art listings specify the number of individual JPG images and any included PDF catalog or picture album; contents vary by product. The Steward's Rule - Reflection Edition includes a reading PDF and an annual reflection worksheet PDF, as described in its listing. Each product includes a getting-started guide. No physical artwork, printed book, framed print or other item is shipped.

Native resolution is the original pixel size of the supplied image. The current art collections use 512 x 768 px portrait images or 768 x 768 px square images, as specified in each listing. They suit screen viewing and small layouts. High-resolution large-poster files are not included, and enlarging an image can soften its details. If you plan to print, check the listed dimensions and test a small sample first.

Use the download link provided after successful payment or in your order confirmation email. Save the ZIP file, then choose Extract, Extract All or Uncompress on your device. Open START_HERE.txt first. JPG files open in a standard image viewer, and catalogs or albums open in a PDF reader. If an email is missing, check spam or promotions and confirm that payment has completed.

Permission is specific to the product. Read its listing and included START_HERE guide for the exact uses covered. Classroom, noncommercial church or noncommercial club use is included only where the product says so. Do not resell or redistribute the standalone files, upload them for shared downloads, or use them in products for sale unless a separate permission explicitly allows it. Purchases are nonexclusive and do not transfer copyright. Contact the seller through the store about another use.

Use the store's contact option. For an order problem, include the order number, product name and the step causing trouble: downloading, extracting the ZIP, opening a JPG or opening the PDF. If helpful, include your device and app name. Do not send passwords or payment-card information. You can also ask about file specifications or a proposed use before purchasing.
