Your digital files

After a completed checkout, use the download page and the download link in your receipt. No physical item is shipped. Keep your receipt so you can return to your download.

If you cannot find the receipt

Check the inbox used at checkout, including Spam or Junk, and search for Payhip or the product name. If you still cannot find it, use the Contact page and include the product name and order reference, if available.

Opening a ZIP download

Save the ZIP to your device before opening it. On Windows, right-click the ZIP and choose Extract All. On a Mac, double-click it. On a phone or tablet, open the download in the device's Files app and use its extract or uncompress option. The wording varies by device. If your device cannot extract the archive, try a computer or contact us for help.

Opening the files inside

PDF: open with a PDF reader. Printable worksheets are designed for writing on paper unless the product page explicitly says they are fillable.

JPG: open with a photo or image viewer. Use the separate original artwork files for your projects; catalog images are previews.

XLSX: open with a spreadsheet app that supports Excel workbooks and calculation. Follow the product's Quick Start. Product pages explain which software was actually tested.

Printing artwork and worksheets

Follow the dimensions and print instructions supplied with your product. The native 512 x 768 artwork collections are intended for screens and small-format use. Test a small print before ordering copies. A printer's fit setting can enlarge an image without adding detail. PDF study pages include their own paper-size instructions.

Permissions and bundles

Read the included README and use terms for your specific product. Permissions differ between artwork, study resources and business tools. Some bundles contain the same files sold individually; check the overlap information before buying.

If a download will not open

Let it finish downloading, then try downloading it once more from your receipt. Check that your device has free storage. If it still fails, contact us with the product name, order reference, device/app and exact error message. A screenshot without payment details can help. We can then check the correct file and next step.

Please do not send passwords, security codes, full card numbers or identity documents. We do not need those to help with a download.
