About Me
Jim George is a writer-artist-singer-songwriter-musician from Reading, PA. His fiction, poetry and artwork have appeared more than a dozen journals; his nonfiction has been published in Playboy, Cinema Retro, Best Classic Bands, Guitar World, and Starlog; he has interviewed such legends as Gore Vidal, Muddy Waters, Steve Allen, Bo Diddley, Tony Bennett, Dick Cavett, B.B. King, and Joey Ramone, among many other famous names; and his songs have been used in television and film. Fronting his own band, he has been hired to open for many acts, including Sonny Landreth, Leslie West, Ian McLagan, Joe Louis Walker, Simon Kirke, Gary Hoey, The Holmes Brothers, and Eddie Money.
