Hey. I am Joanne.

I am 65. Still working a nine to five I never planned to keep this long. Building something different on the side — one walk, one honest day, one small decision at a time.

I live in Broomfield, Colorado with a view of the Flatirons and foothills right outside my door. My dog Bentley has never once needed a reason to go outside. I am still learning that from him.

I started building this because I got tired of waiting for the right time. Tired of feeling tired. Tired of being last on my own list.

So I went outside. Every morning. Before my phone. Before the noise. Before the day got a chance to take over.

And things started to shift.

Not overnight. Not perfectly. But they shifted.

Everything I create comes from what actually worked for me — at 65, with no gym membership, no perfect morning routine, and no shortage of excuses.

If you are somewhere between 40 and 70 and you feel like your best chapter somehow passed you by without asking permission — it did not.

I am proof of that.

And honestly? Bentley is too.
