I’m a certified yoga teacher, face yoga instructor, and wellness mentor with a deep belief in holistic, intuitive living. My work is rooted in my 5 Pillars of WELLth: Mindset, Movement, Nourishment, Self-love, and Connection.
After years of living with chronic illness and burnout, I transformed my lifestyle—and now I help others do the same through simple, sustainable daily practices that nurture the whole self.
