If you are purchasing an avatar, you are agreeing to the terms of service below.

- You must credit both JohnPickle123 (and phoney_otc depending on the avatar you buy) in the avatar, wether it be in the description, name, toggles, thumbnail, etc.

- You are not permitted to set the avatar to be public under any circumstances. This includes allowing only your close friends / partner(s) to share with you. They must have it uploaded to their account(s) individually to have access to it.

- All sales are final. We do not do refunds.

- You are not permitted to edit the model in any hateful or political way.

- You are permitted to upload the model onto any other platform or videogame, as long as it stays private to yourself.

- You not permitted to upload to anyone's account but your own, unless both parties have purchased the avatar.

If you break any of the TOS listed above, you will have the avatar removed from your account and you will be blacklisted from purchasing from us in the future.

If you see the avatar set as public at any point in time, please report it to @phoney_otc on discord.
