About me:

My name is Joi. I am an Integrative Certified Family Nurse Practitioner, Functional Nutrition Coach and Board Certified Holistic Health Practitioner. I own and operate an Integrative Family Practice in New Mexico with a focus in Diabetes, Weight loss and Nutrition. My practice is currently Hybrid model...which means I encompass both the Direct Primary Care business model, as well as the Insurance based model which gave me the opportunity to cap off on the amount of patients my practice sees. 

This integrative approach led me to also open a Nutrition Supplement Store (online) to help support my most vulnerable patients....my diabetics. And it really just took off from there! Plus, it made financial sense as well....as the supplement industry reached well over 30 Billion in revenue in 2020!

I knew this was a great long game business opportunity. So after establishing myself, treating patients and coaching clients In the presence of disease states, I learned a lot along the way.  

Besides being a Diabetes Specialty Provider and Weightloss and Nutrition Consultant, my other passion is teaching/Coaching/Mentoring. I was getting so many calls and inboxes from fellow NPs asking for my expertise on practice start up and opening a no cost Nutrition/Vitamin Shop. 

So I started teaching others what I learned from a Nurse Practitioner standpoint and the legalities I came across. So here I am Today!
