ABOUT ME

Bishop Rodolfo “Jon” Espanola has been serving as a pastor, leader, mentor, and life coach since 1990. He has pioneered and planted churches, founded the Youth on the Rock (YTR) youth movement and the Designare Life Coaches Association, and currently serves as the Bishop of Y-Rock Christian Assembly Inc. in the Philippines.

With over three decades of ministry experience, he is passionate about evangelism, discipleship, leadership development, and helping people discover God’s design and purpose for their lives. His experience in mentoring, counseling, and training leaders and pastors has inspired the books, teaching materials, and leadership resources he has written.

Bishop Jon has studied at several Bible schools, including the School of Theology in Singapore, and has received leadership training based on the principles of John C. Maxwell. His mission is to equip disciples and develop Christ-centered leaders who will impact churches, communities, and nations.
