Terms of Service (or TOS) are conditions which are to be met if you have purchased a product of mine.

Avatars

PERMITTED
- If 2 parties own the license to an avatar of mine, they may share it among each other for editing/commission purposes (both parties must own a license for the same avatar)
- If i have given explicit permission to share files
PROHIBBITED
- Uploading my avatars to an account that does not own an avatar license
- Uploading my avatars for public use on any platform
- Uploading avatar files to any website/social media/content sharing platform
- Sharing avatar files to people who do not own a license for that avatar
- Reselling my avatar files

PERMITTED
- Editing avatars for personal use
- Commissioning edits (both parties must own a license to the avatar)
- NSFW edits (you and any other parties involved must be 18+)
PROHIBITED
- Selling edits
- Public use of edited avatars
- Editing avatars for political or religious beliefs

If my models are used for streaming/video content/photography, you are required to credit me. If you claim credit for my avatars, your content is liable for a DMCA takedown.

If my assets are used for commercial purposes, you are required to credit me. If you claim credit for my assets, your content is liable for a DMCA takedown.

- Use on commissions (only the commissioner (model maker) needs to own the license)
- Altered versions of the asset may be shared, as long as both parties own a license
- Selling custom textures of my assets (must NOT include original texture data)
PROHIBITED
- Reselling of the assets
- Uploading asset files online
- Selling unfinished models with my assets
