1. Non-Refundable Policy:

a) All sales of digital Products are final and non-refundable. Once a Customer has made a purchase, no refunds will be issued, regardless of the reason for cancellation or request for refund.   

b) Customers are responsible for reviewing the Product description, features, and compatibility requirements before making a purchase.

2. Non-Disputable Policy:

a) Customers agree not to initiate any chargebacks, disputes, or claims with their bank or payment processor regarding the purchase of our Products.   

b) In the event that a Customer initiates a chargeback, dispute, or claim, JMU reserves the right to take appropriate legal action to recover any losses, including but not limited to seeking reimbursement for legal fees and other associated costs.

3. Product Delivery and Access:

a) Upon successful completion of the purchase, Customers will receive access to the digital Products through a designated platform or method specified by the Company.   

b) Customers are responsible for ensuring that they have the necessary equipment, software, and internet connection to access and utilize the Products.   

c) The Company will make reasonable efforts to provide uninterrupted access to the Products. However, the Company does not guarantee continuous availability and shall not be held liable for any temporary or permanent interruptions in access.

4. Intellectual Property Rights:

 a) All intellectual property rights, including copyrights and trademarks, associated with the Products, remain the sole property of the Company.   

b) Customers are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Products for personal or internal business purposes only. Customers may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or sell the Products without prior written consent from the Company.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties:

 a) JMU makes no warranties or representations, express or implied, regarding the Products, including but not limited to their fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or reliability.   

b) Customers acknowledge that the Products are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis, and their use is at their own risk.By purchasing and accessing our Products, Customers acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions set forth in this Non-Refundable & Non-Disputable Policy.JMU reserves the right to modify or update this Policy at any time without prior notice. Customers are encouraged to review this Policy periodically for any changes.
