Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you generally have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day the contract is concluded.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform me of your decision to withdraw from the contract by a clear statement, such as an email to:

You may use the following wording:

“I hereby withdraw from my contract for the purchase of The Healthy Hair Guide, ordered on [date].”

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send your communication before the withdrawal period expires.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from the contract, I will reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than 14 days after being informed of your decision. Reimbursement will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless otherwise expressly agreed.

Early Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal for Digital Content

For digital content not supplied on a physical medium, your right of withdrawal expires once the supply of the digital content has begun, provided that:

• You have expressly consented to the supply beginning before the end of the withdrawal period.
• You have acknowledged that you will lose your right of withdrawal as a result.
• You have received the legally required confirmation of the contract and your consent on a durable medium.

If these requirements are not met, your statutory withdrawal rights remain unaffected.
