My writing is rooted in real life: motherhood, marriage, faith, healing, resilience, and learning to find yourself again through seasons that change you. My memoir, Born Early, Made Strong, was created from some of the most vulnerable chapters of my life and from my desire to remind other women that strength doesn’t always look like having everything together.

My hope is that the stories and products I share here encourage women—especially mothers—to give themselves grace, embrace their journey, and recognize the strength they’ve carried all along.
